We’re currently in need of hiring for two exciting entry-level positions: Junior Front-End Developer and Junior Back-End Developer, with sufficient Job Specifications alongside each job. Junior Front-End Developer

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum BTEC Level 3 in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A strong interest in web development and user experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with React or a willingness to learn the code.
  • Understanding of responsive design and optimal accessibility practices.
  • A good eye for design and attention to detail

Role Overview:

You’ll be working closely with our UI/UX designers and back-end developers to bring websites and applications to life. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building interactive and visually appealing interfaces.

Junior Back-End Developer

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum BTEC Level 3 in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A good amount of logical thinking as well as an interest in server-side technologies.

Desired Skills:

  • Some experience with PHP, Python, and MySQL.
  • Good understanding of APIs, server-side logic, and database management.
  • The ability to write clean, secure, and scalable code.
  • Good familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Role Overview:

As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will be focusing on the systems that power our applications, alongside working on databases, APIs, and server-side functionality, which will be to ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Salary & Benefits

With applying to these jobs, you would also gain the following (either as the main deal, or as an extra offer). The offer for salary would be £24,000–£28,000 depending on how much experience you’d have. There will also be access to training resources and mentorship, which links towards your career progression.
